• Check-out: Rooms, suites, or chalets must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Any unauthorized late departure may result in an additional charge. For any request for a late departure, please inquire at the reception the day before your departure.

3. Use of Rooms, Suites, Chalets, and Common Areas

• Smoking: The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. It is strictly forbidden to smoke (including e-cigarettes) in the rooms, suites, chalets, corridors, and all indoor areas.
• Food and Beverages: It is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside into the hotel’s dining areas. The preparation of meals in rooms, suites, or chalets not equipped with a kitchen is also prohibited.
• Visitors: For everyone’s safety, only guests registered at the reception are allowed to access the rooms, suites, or chalets. External visitors are not permitted beyond the hotel’s common areas.

• Access: Please make sure to close the door of your room, suite, or chalet properly when you leave and to lock it when you are inside.

5. Pets

• Pets are accepted for a supplement of 15 € per night. They must be kept on a leash in common areas and are not allowed in the restaurant. The owner is responsible for any damage.
